Follow the instruction of this example

Once you submit the DS-260, you will receive an email from Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) within 2-4 weeks may be longer). This email contains 2 attachments (pdf), the first one is your 2 Notification Letter (2NL). Save this pdf because you need to include this with your application. Also, the second pdf is the DV fee payment form. You need this form to pay the DV fee. (learn more)

Note: If you pay the DV fee before submit your DS-260, you will get an email from KCC (This email serves as your 2NL)
